Commemorated on August 1
The
Martyrs Leontius, Attius, Alexander, Cindeus, Mnesithius, Cyriacus,
Menaeus, Catunus and Eukleus lived in the Pamphylian city of Perge
during the reign of the emperor Diocletian (284-305). All of them were
baptized in childhood. St Menaeus was a carpenter, and the rest were
farmers.
