MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and All Russia has proposed forming a public council for morality.
"I think our society today needs a public council for morality, that would assume appropriate regulating functions," the Russian patriarch said in the Kremlin on Monday during President Vladimir Putin's meeting with the hierarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church.
